Story about a girl struggling with society.
Life isn't easy for everyone.People say a new day is a new beginning although for some people those days never come across, there is a darkness inside them which gets a little more intense everyday. Lessy belonged from an Indian household. It is always a challenge for a small village people to adjust in big city blues, adoption of a different perspective and application of that in life was a struggle. She was raised having a very different circumstances around her.
Being different from other kids bothered her a lot in addition to that her parents weren't the most supportive people, she felt burned everyday. The thought of feeling axiety and depression was pretty uncommon to her, she always concluded that she was exxagerating and this attitude of her was lethal. 'No one cares about her mental health' that is what she thought. Days passed by and the moral of the story was, lessy being exposed to some serious mental conditions.
She didn't go out, didn't have friends with a constant degradation of marks in school, she felt like a failure. Her parents used to think they failed to raise lessy. They were ashamed of their offspring. They used to hide the fact that their own child was mentally unwell. Days went by she survived through many horrible day although somedays there was a little postivity. After almost 3-4 years of her life taken away, she saw a little spark of happiness she was feeling better. She had hopes but the past she had was something she would never forget but her parents stopped talking to her. They used to pay all her expenses but nothing out of that and finally on her 18th birthday they asked her to move out.
She burst into tears, sulking and broke but she knew this was gonna happen someday. She managed to live in a little kids house she helped last month through some psychological illnesses. Furthermore she collected her savings and managed to have new job. Some people used to call her passion towards mental health study an amateur passtime but she knew how to ignore well, that's what she learned in all those years. She opened a blog page for mental health and helping people recover along with that she started studying psychology as she had an enormous potential for that. She has patients. People used to come to talk to her, and people contacted her through online text. She felt worthy.
She has all types of cases. After every treatment, there was a feeling that someone removed a gefty weight from her shoulder and the weight of being a failure. Despite all the glory and success there was a darkness inside her. The pain of being a failure for his family.During a little treatment session with an anonymous client, who was avoiding telling his name repeatedly because he was not able to accept the fact that he was going through mental problem by listening all this one she could relate to her parents. She gave him all the suggestions and helped him alot.
Time passed by no body called her from her home which used to upset her alot but now there is a lot of positivity in her life. One day the relatives who used to call her passion amatures passtime, consulted her and it was a very shocking moment for her. Lessy was never able to mustar up the courage to ask her aunt about her own parents but once it slipped out of her aunts mount that, "weren't you the one who treated your father?"
